- Sales from last month
- Profit from last month for the whole business and the business units
- Gross profit on sales where we use contractors
Right Now measures – every week my management team record data that I review with my Operations Manager, including
- Progress on completing all programmed service work
- Progress on meeting budgeted sales
- Debtors
- Cash collected
- Outstanding defects that require quoting
- Work our clients have been waiting more than 2 weeks for.
Future measures
- We have a budget that covers every part of our business. We measure our performance against this every month.
