The event is an online workshop using Zoom Meetings.

It is an interactive workshop where there will be small group work, just like a live workshop. This is NOT a webinar.

• 10.30am to 2.30pm AWDT (Perth)
• 12.00 noon to 4.00pm ACST (Alice Springs and Darwin)
• 1.00pm to 5.00pm ACDT (Adelaide)
• 1.30pm to 5.30pm AEDT (Melbourne, Sydney and Hobart)
• 12.30pm to 4.30pm (Brisbane) 
• 3.30pm to 7.30pm NZDT (New Zealand)

There will be 10 minute breaks every hour to stretch and refresh

You will be provided with a workbook to help you record relevant information and build an Action Plan for starting the process of building your own engaged winning team.

You will need:

• Web camera and microphone. You will be working with others, and this is best achieved when we can see each other, you wouldn’t come to a workshop with a mask on.
• Quiet space where you can be focused for the duration of the workshop.
• Pens and highlighters to record information in the workbook.
• And be prepared to get involved. The workshop is designed for you to learn and implement, and this occurs best when you are active and involved, especially in the small groups.
